- Complete Registration Process with FACTS Tuition Management (STCS is notified once Parent has registered with FACTS)
- Registration with Creative Minds (All parents will register with the Extended Day Program (Creative Minds) as part of the application process. There is no initial fee for applying to Creative Minds, however, a registration fee will be charged to the parents upon using the Extended Day program).

Once all the information above has been received and is processed by St. Theresa Catholic School, parents are notified and are then asked to schedule an interview with the Principal. If at all possible, the potential student is asked to attend the interview.
If admission is granted, parents receive a letter from the Principal stating the child’s provisional acceptance to STCS. Parents must complete the following in order to secure a seat within the class for the following school year:
- Attend a new parent orientation in the Community Center at St. Theresa Catholic Church ( Thursday, April 29 or Thursday, May 27 at 6:30 p.m.).
- Submit either the complete tuition or first month’s payment by June 5th. Both payments are non-refundable.
Failure to meet either of these requirements may result in the student being placed on a waiting list. Once the tuition payment is received and the new parent orientation is attended, a letter is sent to the parent notifying the parent of their child’s full acceptance into STCS.
